We are well aware of the difficulties that all organisations face due to the national (and local) shortage of volunteers so, in response to this, we are hosting a workshop focusing on enabling you to attract volunteers to your organisation

This will be a participatory event and will cover (amongst other things):

• An overview of volunteering
• Best Practice Principles
• Volunteer motivations
• Valuing/supporting your volunteers
• Attracting volunteers to your organisation
• Marketing and promoting your opportunities
• Getting volunteer ready
• The Quality Mark in Volunteering

Given the national decline in availability of volunteers this means that the ability of organisations to attract volunteers is even more crucial than ever!
